Common questions

How does billing and cancel work?
Billing is on the web. You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, we keep what you wrote, including extra projects from a paid period.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
Your stories stay in your account. Canceling stops future charges; it does not wipe your writing. If you need help exporting or closing an account, email support@quillforge.com.
How do I log in or create an account?
Open the app at app.quillforge.com/login or sign up. Use the same email you registered with.
Can I keep or export my writing?
Your words stay yours. Use the in-app export options where available. If something will not export, email us with the project name and we will help.
Does Quill Forge use AI to write for me?
No AI writing features are available in the product today. Cover images on the marketing site mockups were generated with AI; that is not how your manuscript is written.
Is Quill Forge on web and mobile?
The workspace runs in the browser and optimized for mobile browsers. Billing is handled on the web. Feature availability can differ slightly by platform; email us if something you need is missing on one device.
How do I reach a person?
